I had a new HVAC unit installed on Friday, August 22nd. Originally, the agreement was to move the old unit from my bedroom closet to the living room closet, but when the technicians arrived, they explained that the unit could not be relocated as planned. John was contacted right away and quickly stepped in to correct the issue, which I really appreciated. The two young men Angel and Sebastian who handled the installation did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, were professional, and made sure everything was done correctly. They even stayed until the house was fully cooled down, which showed real dedication to customer service. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the installation. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the initial hiccup with the placement plan. Otherwise, the service was excellent and I would recommend them to others.

Donnie was professional. He completed a thorough inspection of the electrical system as a part of an electrical maintenance inspection included with the service plan following installation of a new AC unit a year ago & provided an estimate for an upgrade of our current electrical system. A total upgrade, however, would cost us over $8,000.00 which is just not in our budget at this time.

Gregory Frazier did an evaluation of the problem I've been having with the dust at the condo. I was interested in aero seal and he explained it in detail and also recommended an air scrubber purification system by Aerus. The work will be done next week and I'm looking forward to the outcome and will do a follow up review then. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.

We had a brand new HVAC installed with Art & Plumbing last September. The system has been running smoothly overall but the last 2 days we had an issue with the system shutting off. Dakota was our technician and promptly diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions. He cleared the plugged drain and installed a timer to the condenser and a surge protector. Dakota is really awesome, very professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. I am not sure why the company didn't pitch those 2 things to be installed from the get go to be honest since FL has power outages and the drain being plugged is pretty common if you don't do maintenance twice a year... So them suggesting scheduling a maintenance once a year to keep the 1 year warranty on the new system is automatically not good enough ... The new AI agent after hours is also a bit creepy and not actually scheduling technicians to come (we tried twice)

Corey McClary was an excellent technician. He listened to the issues I was having. He also shared similar issue he has seen. He found issues that related to mine during his inspection and have an overview of the repair. Now I know what is causing my drain clog.

I appreciate his coming out to my home and making me feel comfortable throughout the service.

Rheem A/C died 5:00 P.M., called Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning in the morning and had compressor failure. They had it fixed by 4:00 that afternoon. Definitely recommend them. Luis the technician was courteous and did a great job.

Ryan Vasser was terrific again, on time and very, thorough. He's a fine employee and ART should be proud of him as their representative! On the other hand, the dispatcher Kellen is not at all likeable and very ill fitted for this job. He is rude and overtalks. I would be very disappointed to have a person like that on my team!

Matt from Art Plumbing was working in my upstairs neighbors home. She had a leak that was coming into my home. He diagnosed and fixed her issue and had to go between my home and hers. He also spoke with me about some of my plumbing. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The following day I called Art Plumbing and asked for Matt to come back and give me an estimate on replacing my hot water heater. He will be back next week to do the job. Im happy to find out that Art is a family owned business and that they do electrical and AC also. I will be using them for all of my issues now. Art Plumbing is also a fellow Chamber of Commerce member! 👍

Terrence and Pedro installed my new water heater .They arrived on time , were professional. They explained what they were going to do. At the end of it all they actually waited to check that the heater delivered hot water. They also instructed me how to drain the heater once a year to prevent scum and dirt buildup. Overall, a great experience. I would fully recommend Terrence and Pedro for any water heater problems.

Terrance came out to give me an estimate. He was great at explaining the options of what needed to be done. I chose to go a different direction due the the extremely high (like stupid expensive) prices. If this was a review of the estimator it would be 5 stars. But .. Art Plumbing prices are too high so 2 stars. Same work estimated by 2 other reputable and licensed companies are both coming in at 60 percent less. Your mileage may vary. And estimates are not free.....

Update after water heater installation: Happy to say that the install was perfect. Could not be happier with the job Chuck performed as well as the product itself.

Experience started out positive. The technician that came out to do the assessment was great. Very helpful. I was told I’d be sent a quote right away and then once I accept it someone would call to schedule the repair/install. I’ve had to follow up multiple times for the quote then once accepted multiple times for the repair install. Two weeks later and still can’t get ahold of someone who can actually schedule the install meanwhile water damage is getting worse. Follow up is horrible. To make matters worse, they have an AI assistant that’s difficult to get past. Having to find a new company now and will have to pay yet another assessment fee and go through this all over again. What started out as a promising experience has turned into a waste of time and money. New update: revised from 1 star to 4 stars. I was able to finally get the repair scheduled and Mike and Petra were fantastic. They were the ones who did the initial assessment as well so my experience with them both times was great. Customer service also followed up with me after seeing my low rating and apologized. I appreciate when companies take the time to acknowledge a wrong. Pricing for pump installation and condensation line insulation was fair. Quote for ductwork was 3x greater ($17k for just upper level of 2k sqft home) than what the technician and my online research came up with. I’ll be shopping around for better pricing for this next job. Overall, I had a good experience with the actual work that was completed for my home.

Technician Wade was prompt, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions regarding use and possible abuse of disposal. Would ask for him for any future HD installation. Very happy with service!

Mike & Petra came out to diagnose a mildew issue I was having. They quickly and efficiently checked all of the vents and discovered that the builder (Lennar) had done a horrible job when constructing the house. None of the vents were sealed properly and some had HUGE gaps letting hot air in from the attic, which when mixing with the cold AC air was creating mildew. Mike & Petra were well dressed, wore shoe coverings and spoke very politely and informatively to me and my family. Mike & Petra walked me through every part of the discovery, were hands on in showing me what was wrong and explaining how it effected the whole AC system. They were able to install an air scrubber at an excellent price as well as notify an electrician from their company to come install a larger vent in one of the mildew struck bathrooms (and seal it properly!). They even had a dry wall guy lined up and able to fix my ceiling after. My customer experience with Art's plumbing, AC & electric has been great, a one stop shop for all problems.

Eddie was amazing and has explained everything in detail he did his job professionally. This post is in NO WAY a negative review since the issues with my HVAC system is out side Eddie's and Art's Plumbing, Air Conditioning control as i do have AC compressor issues. Eddie professionally said that I would need to contact the installer as they are the ones who would fix my compressor issues with filing the warranty claim. Thank you Eddie for your time and allowing me to learn new things too.
