I had work done for a leak which was repaired. As a consequence, the cold water pressure in the master bathroom was not coming out properly - which I realized after the repair. I had reached out to Art Plumbing for someone to come out again. Terrence came out and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly.

Chuck was thorough in his assessment, detailed in his explanation, and transparent about the cost. That was exactly what I needed to feel taken care of as a new home owner.

I had a small puddle of water under my washing machine and Art sent out Time and DJ. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly. They checked the washer after running a couple done and spin cycles but could not recreate the issue. While here they also did an inspection of the bathrooms and noticed some issues that may arise in the future. They are definitely knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate the information they gave me so I could make the most informed decision.

Service done efficiently and well.

I had been without AC since the day before hurricane Irma. I called and they had Greg Parker at my home to provide an estimate on a Sunday. Greg was wonderful. He not only came on a Sunday but he said he would do his Best to get AC installed by Tuesday. He emailed me a detailed estimate Monday morning and advised me that he has my home on the schedule for Tuesday.

Tuesday morning Justice and Miguel (installers) were there bright and early. They did an amazing job. This was a complete new unit inside and out. They went above a beyond. They helped me disconnect the 2 units that I was using until I had new unit installed. They were both professional and they did not even mind my 3 very large dogs.

I also had installation sprayed in as well. The 2 installers advised that due to my ceiling having to be repaired inside (Irma damage) to hold off on this area. They will come back to do this area after repaired. I was amazed that they would even take the time to check out the inside before starting to spray the installation into the attic. Again very professional guys.

If you are ever in need of any AC work, I highly recommend this company.

Mike was very professional and knowledgeable with my A/C system. Took the time to investigate the issue and figure out what was wrong. These guys are great at plumbing too. Figured out my repeated plumbing backup issue when 7 other plumbers couldn't and just unclogged it and called it good. Found my new A/C and plumbing company and won't be using anyone else.

It was a TOTAL PLEASURE to do business w/ Art Plumbing today! I had a particularly “quirky” drain problem, which was not easy to diagnose - &/or fix! I found Jamel to be straightforward, honest & very knowledgeable! He did everything possible to address the situation and left me with some valuable advice to avoid future issues! Kyle was the service tech that showed up, he was friendly and professional. I explained the problems I was experiencing with the two different bathroom toilets, one was not refilling the tank after flushing and the other toilet would rock while setting on it.
Kyle listed, took notes and photos. He worked up some estimates with some options, he was very helpful.

I was treated with respect and kindness. Technician was knowledgeable and provided a lot of insight. This was a very nice experience today. Thank you to Leon!

Eddie was professional, helpful and had to clean up the mess the previous technician did less than one month ago. I was fuming when Eddie came but he calm me down and reassures me that I was in good hands.
