This company is absolutely Amazing, i recently bought and installedmy new Lennox HVAC from them....they work directly with Home Depot as an extension of them and are super professional with best prices and warranties and an incredible crew that will make sure you are satisfied 💯 ..ask for Jeff Krause in sales he will personally come to you house and explain every aspect of the process in detail.

Jocelyn did an extensive leak check and found that there were no signs of wetness inside the walls, etc. The next day the old fashioned spigots in a shower were replaced with a product that she welded together, explaining why the new items were so much less likely to cause problems.

Jocelyn showed so much enthusiasm for her work, answered my many questions with knowledge, was professional through and through, and cleaned up after herself. She convinced me that it was better to spend a bit more money to buy the products from Art’s Plumbing, etc. rather than a big box store in order to get a longer warranty. If you need a great plumber, and want to have your faith restored in her generation, ask for Jocelyn. You will not be disappointed.

Great tune-up of my AC system

These guys were great. Very friendly, professional and did a great job installing a new water heater. We ran into some unforeseen electrical issues that need addressing but they set me up with an electrician as quickly as possible. Overall I am satisfied with my experience thus far with Art Plumbing and Terrence.
Update: 2 weeks later, we noticed the water wasn't getting hot enough. Terrence came back to adjust it. When he did, he spotted leaks in the new unit. He persisted to get us another new replacement heater immediately, which he then also installed at no extra charge. This meant readjusting all the new pipe work he had just upgraded two weeks earlier. I couldn't asked for better service. Terrence was awesome. Thank you again.

Wanted to update regarding Eric J., Shaq, and John S. coming out to get me situated with the repair snd taking great care of me to resolve the issue so that I could get working plumbing again. 10.21.2026 Update:
Petra arrived promptly, and was both personable and informative. I requested a "listen" for a soft sound happening after the Handler shut down. Petra and her partner, who's name i don't remember sorry, were patient and explained in plain English with a simple example for me to understand. The "soft" sound is normal, Handler is running like it should. They were courteous, professional, and understood my concern. Thank you Arts, for supporting a VIP service environment.

This review is a couple of days late, due to technical difficulties. A very thorough and completed job by Howard and Art's, AGAIN! Pictures don't lie! While I would have rather not had to go through this deep cleaning, and boy it was a warm to hot day, it was worth it. Howard, arrived, promptly, and was ready to begin this rather large job, and explaining the process the entire time with his technical skill, and apparent diligence to detail. While it doesn't show here, the Coils were completely replaced (full of gunk!!!) and the deep cleaning began. I am so pleased with the quality of work, and the follow through by Howard. I have confidence with the workmanship, and the quality of products used for this job. It's been a couple of days, and everything is "humming" right along...Thank you Howard and Art's for helping me take care of my "home sweet home" !

Update - 5/7/26. Jocelynn and Gregg came out to our home today to replace a main shut off valve that goes to our home that had failed. They also replaced an interior shut off valve to one of the toilets in our home that had developed a leak. Jocelyn and Gregg were both friendly, professional, and patiently answered all of our questions. They arrived on time and performed all of these services flawlessly. Tim did a great job diagnosing and repairing a pesky kitchen sink leak. He was very knowledgeable and spent the time to ensure that the leak was fixed. We had a wonderful experience with Lawrence from Art Plumbing! Our water bill kept increasing, and we couldn’t figure out why. We called Art Plumbing to investigate possible leaks, and we’re so glad we did.

Lawrence was thorough and carefully checked all the toilets, sinks, and water heater and outdoor water connections. He took his time reviewing everything and performed a water pressure test, which revealed that the pressure was dropping. Tim was super knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He fixed our toilet and shower in record time! He explained what he was going to and fairly quoted us before starting the work. When he was done he checked his work and made sure to evaluate other potential issues (old plumbing, old hot water heater). We appreciated him being proactive.

Eddy was very knowledgeable took time to explain the diagnostic steps he was taking and what the expected outcomes would be if a test failed he narrowed down to the next step until it was figured out. He also double checked the install and found the input water line and output had been reversed since the original install. Then double checked everything again and also found a defective part. Now you might think this was all upsell tactics. All this was under warranty and helped his employer avoid a lawsuit. Thank you Eddy you are welcome here anytime. Also if you switch employers hit me up because I’m calling you to do any repairs. PS this was a 12k new AC unit that hadn’t worked right since installation. He was the third tech to come and finally got us going. We still need the new part but are encouraged.

purchased sink/faucet from Home Depot, Art Plumbing is contracted for installation. Appointment made, actually arrived early which was great, very neat, efficient. My neighbors also inquired about them after he finished. Will continue to use them for all my renovations/installations for appliances Oct 2026 3rd time using this company, they never fail me. This time I was interested in tankless water heater, after consultation I settled on installing standard water heater & relocate , permits, getting the heater, installation, upgrading water lines & electrical. Replace kitchen garbage disposal with foreign screw removed. This additional labor, shows the patience to do the right thing going out of their way to find the noise source by calling the manufacturer to establish the noise problem which turned out to to be a screw that impeded itself within the disposal grinder mechanism. The alternative was to have the manufacturer repla e the defective garbage disposal device. Thank you Terrance for your insistence for getting the job done even tho the manufacturer shipped a defective device.

Great water heater installation..

Art Plumbing did our outdoor water heater two and a half years ago. Today, there was a rusted bolt on a valve that they came to fix- free would have been fantastic but unfortunately nobody gives anything away anymore. However, the two guys that came to fix it were super accommodating and helpful - understanding of the situation.

I have used this company before and this is why I requested to have them come out a second time. Very friendly very great work. They explain everything to you as you go and offer helpful tips. I've worked with both Wade and Pedro and both have been excellent as well as the receptionist staff. I highly recommend using this company they're good they're honest and very friendly. Wade was absolutely comforting on a really bad day that I was having besides my plumbing going wrong and my house being flooded, I had other issues at hand and he was very understanding! And the work was exceptional and timely A+++++++++ I had my toilet replaced as well as the main shut off valve replaced.
