Brian did a great job professional service oriented. Good attitude. I have the maintenance contract which I appreciate. But to do small duct work,re tape he asked for a quote and for putting tape $500. A bit much for putting tape on a small duct work. I do appreciate the work the techs do. They have installed my 5 ton air and helped when issues. But please sometimes need to be a bit more sensitive on the pricing on small things.

Dakota from Art Plumbing and Electric came to my house to service my air conditioner.. He showed very good work ethic, communicated well and the property was all cleaned up before they left the job site. We are very happy that he went above and beyond today. He took pictures and described the good parts of our AC system and parts that were wearing out. We ended up replacing one part after seeing through his pictures. What needed to be replaced. Dakota represented the company very well, was quick and efficient. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Daniel recently performed an elwctrical inspection. He was courteous and friendly. He explained each step of the process. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself once the inspection was complete. I have had very good experiences with Art Plumbing A/C and Electric !! The annual maintenance plan covers several areas (plumbing, AC, and electrical systems) and it is reasonably priced. I remain extremely pleased with this service.

Excellent company I had a few estimates for a hot water heater for my mother, and they were the second or third ones to come and inspect to provide an estimate. How they went above and beyond was that they already had a hot water heater on their truck and gave us a decent estimate to include the permits and holding away of the old hot water heater and installed it within two hours. Just wow! They will be my go to for plumbing and electrical.

Quality, Service, Honesty, Integrity, oh wait, personality. Well that's the combination you receive when you deal with Donnie Ray Schmitt of Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Donnie was at our home today to do our VIP Electrical Inspection and by the time he finished, just like Allstate, we knew we had been in "good hands." He pointed out several things we had no idea about, and, in the long run, could have presented some serious issues. He brought them to our attention, came up with a plan, talked it over with us and fixed what he could today and will be back to repair the rest. Oh, I know what I forgot in that mix, knowledge. He explained everything in laymen's terms so we knew the why's and how's of everything. These are the qualities you look for when dealing with a company and Donnie Ray is no exception. The technician (Wade) did an excellent job. He was on time, knew his job inside out, and made sure I knew exactly what he would be doing today, and what I should expect going forward. in addition he was very curtious and professional. I couldn’t be happier.However, I had to call approximately 5 times with no one answering the plumbing phone number. I left a message and my message was not answered. After two hours I called the electrician line and they transferred my call. I have used your company three times this year and have not had this problem before. I don’t know if this a human problem and they simply were not answering calls or a phone equipment problem. Regardless it was very frustrating. Again I could not be more pleased with Wade, but you really need to fix the phone situation. Had I not used your company earlier and knew the quality of your technicians, I would have called someone else.

Nick was able to identify e to electrical issue @ once & replaced the switch box so kitchen lights responsive vs flickering, as well as reviewing secondary issue of fluorescent tube lights in garage. Awaiting Mary's proposal on that particular work/project. New issue today 10/23/25, Terry Wasser was the technician. Had problem with my A/C that was working sporadically. He identified issues & provided valuable solutions/suggestions to prevent repeat situations which I took. He was very friendly & knowledgeable . Highly recommend to any who might run into A/C issues now, or wants to look into preventing future issues. Luckily it's not midsummer temp's (which I've had in past!!) Gave me some updates on what get from the company to enhance my unit eg the UV light unit cleaning and surge for whole house protection. I like attitude, felt comfortable around her. She didn’t do the job in isolation rather educated carried me on what’s doing and why. She made me smile. Please send her in my next service.

Art's pricing for anything other than service, however, is highway robbery. Astronomical quotes for any installation. They need to conduct competitive analysis. For this reason, I would reduce 5 star to 3 stars but people like Brian and Lori dont deserve anything less than 5 stars. The human staff is why I choose to continue my business with Art. My second post about experience with Art A/C. As I stated in the past, my new A/C was installed by Cool Bear (who since has refused to honor the maintenance contract I paid for so I was forced to use someone else. Art fit the bill. They came out to do maintenance and the tech took out the coil, cleaned it thoroughly, (couldn't believe all the crud after 5 years!) repositioned the outside unit so it was no longer a tripping hazard, and installed 2 new UV lamps all in the same day. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Art, as they have incredible customer service.

I would recommend Art Plumbing to my friends and family. Jonathan the tech came to my house on 04/10//26 to give me an estimate to replace my 35 year old water heater. He gave me the estimate and told me he will be back on the 04/11/26 to complete the job. He said he will arrive at 9 am and will take 5 hours to complete the job. He was there at 9am. Jonathan took exactly 5 hours to do the job. He was very professional and delivered an exceptional job. He came with the intention to get the job done and he delivered. Got a tune up for my AC (which was not working at the time) through their partnership with Home Depot. Figured I might as well get it cleaned, and if the tech spots anything obviously wrong it'd save me money on a diagnostic. That's exactly what happened, he spotted I just needed my drain pipe cleaned. He said that cleaning wasn't included in the tune-up, but I showed him the Home Depot pamphlet said it was. He was surprised and said, "it's not supposed to be included, this must be old; but if this is the information you were given, then I have to honor it." That is professional service, and I much appreciate that. He cleaned it on the spot. Their guy Dakota is great: professional, friendly, and helpful, and he answered all my questions so I could understand my unit better and what costs to expect in the future.

When there are fixes they can be a little pricier than other providers but I understand that you are paying for the convenience of a one-stop shop.
