I would like to thank plumber Chuck Buchanan for his excellent professionalism. Today we had two ancient toilets replaced. He explained all the questions we had prior to completion of the job. Sometimes with older plumbing unexpected experiences can occur. Chuck was very thorough in quotes and what might be needed. In the process, one of the new toilets was damaged from the distributors. He went over and beyond to return to the company of purchase and examined the replacement before returning to the job. He quickly finished the work. All this and he maintained a friendly and professional disposition. It was refreshing and assuring to be in good hands. Kyle came to replace a very, very old toilet today. He was very friendly and extremely polite. After assessing the situation, Kyle provided several options. I was given an option to use a toilet that Arts provided, or to save money and purchase my own. I was not pressured into my decision and I let Atrs provide the new toilet. Kyle also gave me a quote for other work that needed to be done to complete the installation. Kyle did an excellent job. He was quick neat, and left the area clean. I highly recommend Kyle for any plumbing job. Art's is the best!

Pedro was incredible and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the services. The pricing is a bit too high and I was hoping to shop services to get a better rate. Pedro the technician was kind and very patient so I ended up just choosing Art Plumbing. There should be a better way for customers to receive a payment receipt shortly after submitting payment. I received an email from Art Plumbing after the services that stated there was a balance due, so I was worried I was still expected to pay even though I already submitted payment.

I had an appointment with a technician from ART for some time today but I got a call about 39 minutes prior stating the technician was on their way. Jerry was the technician that was sent and he did a great job at explaining the issues and the solution. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also easy to understand when explaining everything. The next time there is an issue with the AC I will be calling ART and requesting Jerry.

Petra was awesome. It was like a guided tour through the eyes of an HVAC technician seeing every step of the tune up process. What each part of the AC unit is, what it does, how each major component should look and perform when in optimal condition. Art Plumbing & Electric does tend to have higher prices for service and repairs, but the intent of this review is to commend Petra for the service I received today for the AC Tuneup where the price point is always fair.

Jerry came out and was the best. Professional, straight forward, and took every opportunity to explain what was going on with my AC system. He gave me options after I told him what was happening and he did not push to upsell me. I intially called Art Plumbing to have my condenser coils cleaned, but mentioned the noise my unit started to make the last couple of days. Jerry told me the motor to the fan unit was about to go which was exactly what I thought. He thoroughly cleaned the unit and replaced the motor for $994. During the past 4 years, I have tried several AC companies to maintain my system, but Art Plumbing is the only one that makes my10 year old unit run right for some reason. Great service. The one complaint I have is their new automated phone system. It's horrible! It feels like I have to answer questions for 10 minutes to schedule something even though my number should already in the system! Using their website was a much better experience.

I had a great experience with your technician Jerry today. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. He wore shoe covers before entering our house, which I appreciated. He was thorough in his maintenance check and he showed me photos of the parts that had age related wear and tear, explained repair vs. replace options. I will be requesting him for all future services!

As unpleasant as I thought the meeting with John was going to be, it actually turned into a very enlightening and informative interaction. John was very knowledgeable in the information that he was providing for me. John broke the information and made it easy for me to understand. Angel did the original installation of my AC unit and he was sent back by the company to troubleshoot regarding the noise level of the unit. I found him to be very professional as well as friendly and pleasant. He really listened as I explained the issues I was having with the unit which I really appreciated. He communicated clearly and thoroughly about everything he was observing and doing. He made a variety of tweaks to the system in an effort to reduce the noise and I believe he did everything possible to address the issue, no shortcuts. In my opinion, he is a real asset to the company.
