I've had some real headaches lately with my AC and I wish I could remember the names of the techs who came out here on June 23. Most recently, Eddy came out and worked on the breaker box. He came out late on July 3 with the holiday weekend looming. Thank you so much!!!!

Wasn't aware that my shut off value was out of date, so Art Plumbing came to the rescue, installed and bring things into alignment...Jocelyn, smart young lady, wasn't giving up and have a caring heart.

I was away so my neighbor who takes care of my place found the problem and arranged the service. Louis came promptly and fixed it quickly so I am very happy.

Louis was excellent. He identified the problem immediately and advised me that the only solution was a new coil, since the existing one was leaking.

I told him we had 19 people coming for my wife’s birthday party over the weekend and that I needed the AC to work. He said he would add Freon and hopefully get me through the weekend. So far, so good. Thank you, Louis and Art Plumbing and AC.

Needed a drip pan for my water heater. Wade came on time, had all the necessary parts and tools finished the job quickly, and left everything clean and organized when he was done. Excellent job, and he also gave me several tips, which I found quite valuable. Will definitely be asking for Wade next time!

Used them again because I had an issue with my electrical panel. I was worried it would end up being a full replacement, which I cannot afford at the moment. Donnie was awesome! Friendly, and walked me through all the options, was welcoming to all my questions. And in the end he fixed the problem quickly with no new panel. Also told me about having the panel refurbished, which I didn't know about. I'll be calling Donnie back to do that soon. I now feel very safe that my electrical panel won't cause me a problem. Used them again! Needed a lot of plumbing work. Mike gave me a very reasonable price, and that price is exactly what I paid at the end. It took him several hours, but I appreciated that because he (and I, of course) wanted to make sure everything was working properly, no leaks. My plumbing is now working beautifully. I figured after a big job like this, I'd spend some time cleaning up, but Mike had already taken care of that. I expect to continue using this company for years to come. Thanks Mike!

Had an issue with my a/c blower, called Arts Plumbing and Electrical and they sent a tech over the next day, as I did call late in the day. Jerry the amazing tech that arrived to diagnose the issue was able to identify and show me the exact issue with my blower motor seizing. Jerry was able to find a part for my hold a/c unit and get it replaced with by next day. Got it fixed, cleaned up after himself and showed the completed work. I’ve said before, that I’ll definitely be using them again.

We ordered an entire new HVAC system from Art Plumbing. Angel and his crew(I apologize as I don't recall the other 2 guys names) arrived right on time, so off to a good start. They were polite, professional and worked diligently to get the job done over the course of the morning, into early afternoon. Angel was very knowledgeable about the system and additional options or things I might want to look into, in order to keep the system well maintained. Some low water pressure in my main bathroom had me nervous so I called and scheduled an appointment. Matt L. came and figured out that it wasn’t any big scale problem, which is what I was worried about. He did show me the toilet in the main bathroom would need to be replaced, which was fine because we were already thinking about doing that. Matt also pointed out the water shut off valve was rusted and even if we needed to wouldn’t be able to turn it off. He gave me quotes for different options if things we had discussed which was super helpful. He ends up ordering the toilet for us so we didn’t have to worry about getting it ourselves. He was so nice as to move the garbage can to the street since he was parked in front of them when the truck came, and then helped me walk it back to the side of the house. I absolutely appreciate how he went above and beyond!

This week the toilet was delivered and Eric J. came to install it. It is definitely a heavy product and the bathroom it was being replaced in is extremely small, and he was able to get it done quickly. It looks fantastic and he made sure we were happy with it before finishing up. He asked about the water shut off valve that was in his notes to replace but I let him know that another colleague of his, Daniel, had done it the week before so he didn’t have to worry about being out in the humid heat to replace it.

All three gentlemen were on time and very friendly and helpful. They worked quickly at identifying issues and what needed to get done and did it as quickly as possible while still making sure it was done correctly. This is why I call Art when there is an issue, I always know it’s going to get taken care of!

Outstanding and professional installation of a Rheem water softener. Robert did a great thorough job installing the new water softener replacing an old one that had stopped working. He adapted the connections to fit the new water softener and set up the system to optimal functioning. Thank you for a great work! assessment and recommendation were factual and spot-on. I would like to thank plumber Chuck Buchanan for his excellent professionalism. Today we had two ancient toilets replaced. He explained all the questions we had prior to completion of the job. Sometimes with older plumbing unexpected experiences can occur. Chuck was very thorough in quotes and what might be needed. In the process, one of the new toilets was damaged from the distributors. He went over and beyond to return to the company of purchase and examined the replacement before returning to the job. He quickly finished the work. All this and he maintained a friendly and professional disposition. It was refreshing and assuring to be in good hands. Chuck Buchanan is the reason we will be contacting Art Plumbing and electrical for any future business. Thank you.
