Professional, clean, friendly experience

I had a great experience with your technician Jerry today. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. He wore shoe covers before entering our house, which I appreciated. He was thorough in his maintenance check and he showed me photos of the parts that had age related wear and tear, explained repair vs. replace options. I will be requesting him for all future services!

As unpleasant as I thought the meeting with John was going to be, it actually turned into a very enlightening and informative interaction. John was very knowledgeable in the information that he was providing for me. John broke the information and made it easy for me to understand. I felt reassured that that I got the product that I needed that is suited for my homes needs. Great job!!!

Angel did the original installation of my AC unit and he was sent back by the company to troubleshoot regarding the noise level of the unit. I found him to be very professional as well as friendly and pleasant. He really listened as I explained the issues I was having with the unit which I really appreciated. He communicated clearly and thoroughly about everything he was observing and doing. He made a variety of tweaks to the system in an effort to reduce the noise and I believe he did everything possible to address the issue, no shortcuts. In my opinion, he is a real asset to the company.

Brian did a great job a true professional. He was detailed and efficient truly the best in his craft! He completed the job 100%) On the other hand while Brian's service was 100% there is a great internal disconnect in communication between the people in charge of the service orders and the clients. I was kept in the dark for almost two weeks leaving messages asking for the status of my order where they kept promising somebody was going to call me . This company is legitimate! Even more legitimate was my technician Pedro. I can’t speak highly enough of his work. He spent 5 hours in 110 degree attic to make sure I got my hot water back. I needed a same day resolution … Art Plumbing and Pedro delivered. If you want something done with a priority on service look no further. And ask for Pedro! 10/10!

On 1/29/26 Ryan came out and serviced our A/C unit. He also offered several upgrades to help it work more efficiently and safely (time delay, surge protector, and air purification system) which we did decide would be helpful. Ryan we professional, friendly, and patient when answering all of our questions. Thank you! Update on 2/11/26 - Jocelyn came out and did an inspection on a toilet issue we had. She was professional and offered suggestions on this home repair that we were doing ourselves. Since we had previously purchased the annual A/C, electrical, and plumbing contract that Art's offered, her visit was at no cost to us. We really appreciated Jocelyn's input and helping us to make a further repair decision. Thank you! Update - 5/7/26. Jocelyn and Gregg came out to our home today to replace a main shut off valve that goes to our home that had failed. They also replaced an interior shut off valve to one of the toilets in our home that had developed a leak. Jocelyn and Gregg were both friendly, professional, and patiently answered all of our questions. They arrived on time and performed all of these services flawlessly. My second post about experience with Art A/C. As I stated in the past, my new A/C was installed by Cool Bear (who since has refused to honor the maintenance contract I paid for so I was forced to use someone else. Art fit the bill. They came out to do maintenance and the tech took out the coil, cleaned it thoroughly, (couldn't believe all the crud after 5 years!) repositioned the outside unit so it was no longer a tripping hazard, and installed 2 new UV lamps all in the same day. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Art, as they have incredible customer service.

Joey is always a pleasure to deal with, he’s definitely an asset to the company. He’s the only plumber we ever use.

Willy came to my house to secure my air conditioner which is on my rooftop oddly enough. It was only a year old, but it really needed much more security. Immediately Willy saw where he could adhere the conditioner where it sat on a platform attached to the roof in a far superior way. He spared nothing and made sure that the air conditioner was not going anywhere, even if there was a hurricane. And then he noticed that there was a leak beneath the air conditioner that was leaking onto the rooftop and he created a way to move the water all the way off the roof By adding extended Tubes that directed the water off the roof and over to the ground. I didn’t even have to ask him To do these things. He just saw where there were some issues and he went right to work to fix them and that was wonderful because on the same day an inspector was coming to have a look and OK it or not. That inspector looked it over and within three minutes he said this is some of the most excellent work I’ve ever seen. Thank you, Willy, For being so precise and so wonderful and a real gentleman. My husband, Robert Walla and I purchased a garbage disposal from Home Depot, and Art Plumbing was contracted to do the installation. The people I spoke to in the office were kind and helpful, especially Deanne. Mike, who did the installation was professional and knowledgeable. Donnie was a delight! He is very knowledgeable and confident in his profession. He was thorough and explained everything in detail, in layman's terms, so that I could understand the process and the expected outcome. He showed genuine concern for my grandson, being without air. This company is Great! The plumbers and AC guys are top professionals who are meticulous about their work and making sure ever single thing they do is done correctly and done perfectly. I had the recent pleasure of dealing with three plumbers named Eliaja, Jeremiah and Pedro. They completed an "Whole Home Re-Piping" of my townhome. These guys not only fixed the problem but they did it in a way of showing that they care about their client's home as if it was there own. The long hours that they worked didn't matter because they would not leave until they completed the project exactly how it should have been done. It was A LOT OF MONEY, and a lot of work, but I'm completely satisfied with what they did, how they did it and the positive outcome of the project. I'm a VIP Club Member now and anticipate that if any other plumbing, AC or Water Heater problem come up, this company will be there for me to repair and correct the problem.

I had a great experience with Jonathan Amaya! He replaced my faulty thermostat and did a flush treatment on the drain pipe, 20 point inspection of the AC unit. Inside and outside Jonathan was a delight ,very nice , and explained everything he did. He is very knowledgeable about his job, gave me great tips on maintaining the health of the ac unit in between service. I give Johnathan 10 stars!! I'll definitely request him next time I need service!!. He is definitely a great asset to the company!!

While Matt Lopez did not actually perform any plumbing or fix he was extremely informative. He provided three options however, we were not prepared to move forward with any of the options. Matt advised on the best way to shut the water to the house via the main shutoff valve. He then recommended opening a few faucets and hoses around the outside of the house to allow the water to fully drain. Matt was very nice and respectable. I would recommend anyone to use Matt at Art Plumbing.

After many years of frustration, sloppy, terrible work and lousy customer service at Cool Bear, Art's Plumbing under the supervision of Charlie, Cuba and team came in to save the day! They replaced a brand new unit walked us through the steps on how to maintain the unit efficiently, talked about the warranty etc. Very thorough! They came on time got the work done efficiently. Charlie supervising from beginning to end was amazing at communicating and I would recommend their services to.anyone. They are not be the cheapest - but you will save money down the line by getting the work.done properly the first time - so.we've learned! With a big investment as a cooling unit for your home, you want it done correctly the first time! Everything from calling in to the end of the job was first rate. Jamel M., our plumber tech, was very courteous and worked with us to get the best pricing possible. He clearly explained what he would do and what the resolution was for our clogged shower drain. It turns out that we have tree roots entering our sewer line from the bathroom. He made sure that we would have a follow up courtesy camera inspection done for us. We appreciate the great service.

Brian did a great job professional service oriented. Good attitude. I have the maintenance contract which I appreciate. But to do small duct work,re tape he asked for a quote and for putting tape $500. A bit much for putting tape on a small duct work. I do appreciate the work the techs do. They have installed my 5 ton air and helped when issues. But please sometimes need to be a bit more sensitive on the pricing on small things.

Dakota from Art Plumbing and Electric came to my house to service my air conditioner.. He showed very good work ethic, communicated well and the property was all cleaned up before they left the job site. We are very happy that he went above and beyond today. He took pictures and described the good parts of our AC system and parts that were wearing out. We ended up replacing one part after seeing through his pictures. What needed to be replaced. Dakota represented the company very well, was quick and efficient. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Daniel recently performed an elwctrical inspection. He was courteous and friendly. He explained each step of the process. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself once the inspection was complete. I have had very good experiences with Art Plumbing A/C and Electric !! The annual maintenance plan covers several areas (plumbing, AC, and electrical systems) and it is reasonably priced. I remain extremely pleased with this service.

Excellent company I had a few estimates for a hot water heater for my mother, and they were the second or third ones to come and inspect to provide an estimate. How they went above and beyond was that they already had a hot water heater on their truck and gave us a decent estimate to include the permits and holding away of the old hot water heater and installed it within two hours. Just wow! They will be my go to for plumbing and electrical.

Quality, Service, Honesty, Integrity, oh wait, personality. Well that's the combination you receive when you deal with Donnie Ray Schmitt of Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Donnie was at our home today to do our VIP Electrical Inspection and by the time he finished, just like Allstate, we knew we had been in "good hands." He pointed out several things we had no idea about, and, in the long run, could have presented some serious issues. He brought them to our attention, came up with a plan, talked it over with us and fixed what he could today and will be back to repair the rest. Oh, I know what I forgot in that mix, knowledge. He explained everything in laymen's terms so we knew the why's and how's of everything. These are the qualities you look for when dealing with a company and Donnie Ray is no exception. Through their expert customer service, and adaptability, we were able to coordinate estimates & repairs so there was minimal lack of AC operation at my home resulting in maintained comfort for my family at home. This clearly demonstrates Art’s high level of excellent customer service. .I highly recommend Art’s Plumbing, AC, & Electric, and Chris.

The technician (Wade) did an excellent job. He was on time, knew his job inside out, and made sure I knew exactly what he would be doing today, and what I should expect going forward. in addition he was very curtious and professional. I couldn’t be happier.However, I had to call approximately 5 times with no one answering the plumbing phone number. I left a message and my message was not answered. After two hours I called the electrician line and they transferred my call. I have used your company three times this year and have not had this problem before. I don’t know if this a human problem and they simply were not answering calls or a phone equipment problem. Regardless it was very frustrating. Again I could not be more pleased with Wade, but you really need to fix the phone situation. Had I not used your company earlier and knew the quality of your technicians, I would have called someone else.

Nick was able to identify e to electrical issue @ once & replaced the switch box so kitchen lights responsive vs flickering, as well as reviewing secondary issue of fluorescent tube lights in garage. Awaiting Mary's proposal on that particular work/project. New issue today 10/23/25, Terry Wasser was the technician. Had problem with my A/C that was working sporadically. He identified issues & provided valuable solutions/suggestions to prevent repeat situations which I took. He was very friendly & knowledgeable . Highly recommend to any who might run into A/C issues now, or wants to look into preventing future issues. Luckily it's not midsummer temp's (which I've had in past!!) Wahoo!!! Very thorough, detailed, very knowledgeable, gave me insight on what to do to maintain my unit. Gave me some updates on what get from the company to enhance my unit eg the UV light unit cleaning and surge for whole house protection. I like attitude, felt comfortable around her. She didn’t do the job in isolation rather educated carried me on what’s doing and why. She made me smile. Please send her in my next service.
