We have Jerry twice now as a service tech work on our ac unit. Both times he was very knowledgeable and thorough on resolving ac issue and explains what was minor issue. at this time we will keep using Art and ask for Jerry

This was an "estimate only" for a water heater installation. I also inquired about bathroom sink faucet replacement. Terrence was thorough in checking all water and electric connections and explained in detail what was required. He would be great to work with but I'll have to see where the other estimates come in.

Home electrical evaluation on 7/14/26. TOA was an hour later than scheduled however, office called to notify. The Technician (Donnie) was pleasant, and approachable. He put on his shoe cover prior to entering my home w/o me having to ask him to do so. He was very thorough with checking all the electrical fixtures, Breaker box etc. Explaining the reason and importance of precentative checking. Donnie was very polite, professional, competent and thorough and easyto communicatewith. I will be requesting him for future service visits.

I received in thr mail a bonus bucks reward for any A/C, plumbing or Electrical repair or replacement. I inquired about the bonus, but I am now getting the runaround. Art Plumbing is now making additional stipulations on the rewards that will no longer apply to me. After HVAC service, the technician suggested that I purchase a surge protector. I asked to have the bonus bucks applied to the amount of the surge protector and now they do not want to give me the rewards. The rewards are only valid through July 30, 2026. This is modern day lynching at it's best

Hi, we (Me and My Mom) had called Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electric after a situation with (Palm Beach Water Utilities.)
That we had a leak underground in one of our pipes on our side, not the side of the water company.
Well, I reached out to (Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electric) and they sent an wonderful, outgoing, perseverant, individual named Laurence V.
And, Laurence V. was very understanding and he worked diligently on the matter at hand, he was literally here all day, and it was a hot and grueling day today (Wednesday July 8th 2026.)
He waited upon two other gentlemen, named the twins, I deeply apologize, I don't remember their names, but Laurence V. called them the twins (They are Identical Twins, Literally.)
They (The Twins) had the other materials and / or tools for ripping up the ground, where Laurence V. could finally get everything going so he could finally start laying down the line for the piping lines, for this project to get underway, to fix the pipes for our water system to the house.
He (Laurence V.) had been digging up the ground since earlier the day, was setting up the area for the parts that, he had been waiting for.
I just want to thank, (Laurence V. and Crew The Twins from Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric) for everything, just such amazing work, just so amazing!

Angel and his crew worked a long day in extreme heat and utilizing a lift to reach the fourth floor of my building. The job had many challenges and was not a simple replacement. They handled all issues to get an optimum result. They were efficient, professional and respectful.

Charlie was personal and very educated and informative.

Upon opening box he determined that the unit was damaged. Patiently put back old one and came back when the new unit was there. He was pleasant and efficient and very neat.

Ryan did a very respectable maintenance job on our American Standard A/C unit. He cleaned the various components that needed attention by servicing and replaced the UV light component with an ion filtration system, which will last longer and is transferable when a new system is needed. We appreciate the savings and we appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you, Ryan.

Laurence and Jerry didn’t just install the unit—they took the time to explain why my old disposal failed due to improper installation and showed me how it should have been done correctly. Their attention to detail and willingness to educate me really stood out.

Although it wasn’t part of my original request, they also checked my 5-year-old water heater and immediately identified several installation issues that could lead to future leaks or damage. They clearly explained each concern and why it mattered.

On top of that, they went above and beyond by testing my water quality on the spot. While my water isn’t hard, they discovered elevated chlorine and pH levels and advised me to contact the city—something I would have never known otherwise.

Wasn't aware that my shut off value was out of date, so Art Plumbing came to the rescue, installed and bring things into alignment...Jocelyn, smart young lady, wasn't giving up and have a caring heart.

I was away so my neighbor who takes care of my place found the problem and arranged the service. Louis came promptly and fixed it quickly so I am very happy.

Louis was excellent. He identified the problem immediately and advised me that the only solution was a new coil, since the existing one was leaking.

I told him we had 19 people coming for my wife’s birthday party over the weekend and that I needed the AC to work. He said he would add Freon and hopefully get me through the weekend. So far, so good. Thank you, Louis and Art Plumbing and AC.

Used them again because I had an issue with my electrical panel. I was worried it would end up being a full replacement, which I cannot afford at the moment. Donnie was awesome! Used them again! Needed a lot of plumbing work. Mike gave me a very reasonable price, and that price is exactly what I paid at the end. It took him several hours, but I appreciated that because he (and I, of course) wanted to make sure everything was working properly, no leaks. My plumbing is now working beautifully. Had an issue with my a/c blower, called Arts Plumbing and Electrical and they sent a tech over the next day, as I did call late in the day. Jerry the amazing tech that arrived to diagnose the issue was able to identify and show me the exact issue with my blower motor seizing. Jerry was able to find a part for my hold a/c unit and get it replaced with by next day. Got it fixed, cleaned up after himself and showed the completed work. I’ve said before, that I’ll definitely be using them again.

We ordered an entire new HVAC system from Art Plumbing. Angel and his crew(I apologize as I don't recall the other 2 guys names) arrived right on time, so off to a good start. They were polite, professional and worked diligently to get the job done over the course of the morning, into early afternoon. Angel was very knowledgeable about the system and additional options or things I might want to look into, in order to keep the system well maintained. He shared details of the install as they went along. A really pleasant experience for a stressful and expensive purchase. Would highly recommend Art Plumbing and Angel's crew, without hesitation.
