Donnie went to Home Depot and purchased the vents with motor and installed same day! I will only use Art Plumbing for all my needs. Have been with this company since 1987.. Terrence and Adrian were FANTASTIC ! They were FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE . They were constantly getting ,e showing what was going on so that I was aware of what had happened, what they had to do to resolve the problem. They made me aware that down the road what would eventually happen due to the poor manor in which these houses were built and my options. I have been a Facility Manager for over forty years having worked for BellSouth, AT&T, West Palm Beach Police Department, Florida Departments of Transportation / Corrections and Juvenile Justice and CENSUS Department I Truly Wish that I had such individuals working for me .

All I can say is that he has had a lot of good training, he new actually how to present himself and how to sell the product, I didn't have to think twice regarding getting a new AC unit, i am very happy so far.
